Alzadhar Al-Sanai led the Metakosmos pre-seed round announced on 20 August 2024. The group, which trades in English as Industrial Prosperity, operates real-time monitoring systems for environmental factors, supplying governments and industry.

The lead investor is an operating company rather than a generalist fund.

## THE TECHNICAL OVERLAP

Alzadhar Al-Sanai partnered with Metakosmos in early 2024, before the funding round closed. When Kernel360 launched in October 2024, the company was named as integrating through its environmental intelligence application.

The [PULSE telemetry layer](https://www.metakosmos.co/pulse) fuses physiological, environmental and equipment data into a single pipeline. Environmental sensing is the stream most amenable to external contribution, and the integration was the first external build against the platform's published interfaces.

## STATED MARKET RATIONALE

Alzadhar Al-Sanai CEO Aziz AlOthman identified Australia, the United States, India and emerging [space](https://www.metakosmos.co/space) economies including Saudi Arabia as target markets for the investment.

Metakosmos opened an India office in December 2024.

## PORTFOLIO STRUCTURE

The lead investor's own business spans environmental monitoring and industrial technology, which maps onto the platform's terrestrial applications. Metakosmos serves [four operating domains](https://www.metakosmos.co/domains) with different funding cycles: government and agency demand in space, regulatory-driven demand in [industrial and hazardous ground operations](https://www.metakosmos.co/land), and commercial demand in [subsea work](https://www.metakosmos.co/sea).

Investment is a commercial signal. It is not a technical qualification, and Metakosmos does not present it as one.

## TIMELINE

Alzadhar Al-Sanai partnered with Metakosmos in early 2024 and led the pre-seed round in August. Kernel360 launched in October with the environmental intelligence integration in place. The India office opened in December.
